As a gallery owner and curator, Marnee enjoys mentoring creatives to realise their potential and break blockages in flow and production.
Deeply reflective, Marnee’s process mines her extensive travels and decades of experience living off-grid in the Australian rainforest, amid the ancient flora and fauna, to inspire and inform.
Having spent years screenwriting, improvisational film making, theatre directing, acting, and among the dance community, Marnee brings wide artistic experience and interest to her methodology.

Rissa Miller (Rome Retreats)
Founder of Rome Retreats, Chef, Artist, Teacher, Art and Food Historian, Vipassana Meditation and Hatha Yoga Practitioner
Rissa has worked at the intersection of the culinary & fine arts as a teacher and creator in the U.S. and Mediterranean for over 20 years. She started Rome Retreats in 2016 to share her passions and knowledge, giving workshops and retreats to international audiences on aesthetics, art, art history, food culture and cooking. Rissa’s inter-disciplinary work celebrates and explores Beauty in all its forms. As a former yoga teacher, she incorporates bodily processes into the appreciation of art and beauty as a mode of well-being.
Rissa is currently a PhD candidate in Lisbon, Portugal, in Culture Studies, and teaches art criticism and art appreciation for Montgomery College in Maryland, U.S.A. She loves giving her annual retreats in Greece and Italy on art history, creative processes, and delving into the heart of our desire to understand, critique and ponder the deeper meaning of tasting and appreciating the beauty that living offers.
